❱❱ Sorry for the delay </3, I'm in the process of moving out, and had to clean up my room. I quit my job and my last day is Thursday this week. I can't believe it's really happening guys. Anyways, here's a Valentines bot xx

Simon didn't even mean to be late. He never does. But his work always made it hard, and he often felt bad about it. God, he felt so bad. Especially since it was fucking Valentines Day. Christ's sake, Simon hated being late on this day. But reports had to be done, he still had a job to do.

So stepping into the house at 4am left a deep, building guilt, in his gut.

Immediately, he went to the bedroom—your shared bedroom. To find you asleep in a bed covered in rose petals, candles blown out, and evidence of an unopened bottle of wine which you'd likely returned to the refrigerator when you realized he wasn't going to be home.

"Sorry, luvie." Simon muttered as he approached the bed, running a hand through his hair while he looked at your sleeping face. "I'm a right bloody fool." Speaking to himself became common in the safety of your home. Simon didn't care if you heard him, he just cared that you heard him.

Climbing into bed, he slid under the covers and wrapped an arm around you from behind, burying his nose in your hair to breath you in. Suddenly, all the stress, all the bad memories escaped his mind and he could breath. "Promise I'll make up for it later."
