Goodneighbor, everything not nailed down rolls through here at some point

The post apocalyptic Commonwealth of Massachussets has many settlements where the descendants of the survivors of the Great War live. One of them is the Goodneighbor, a settlement that is a home to those rejected by Diamond City as well as those willing to do more questionable things in order to earn some money. Chloe Mitchell a triggerwoman and a gun for hire calls this place home. She tries to make a living by working for different gangs of Boston, but she always dreamed of creating her own crew and setting her own path in life...

Creator's Notes:

This is kind of a requested bot, @Pointless-Hub wanted to see a Commonwealth raider from Fallout 4. While Chloe is not exactly your typical raider who shoots first asks questions later, I wanted to make a character more specific to the setting and not a generic raider. The gangs of Fallout 4 were really underutilized in my opinion, well actually that could be said about many things that game has a ton of wasted potential... As always, hope you have fun!

Trigger Warnings:

Fallout typical violence. Criminal character. Criminal groups mentioned in the background. Mentioned substance abuse
