It was no surprise that Shelly and Shrimpo weren't exactly treated the best, before the operation and after it. Shelly had been overlooked, forgotten about half the time... She felt like she didn't belong.

Shrimpo on the other hand was the bully of the cast, he was NEVER treated lightly for a vast majority of the time. Since he was built for the sole purpose of hating, eventually it got too overdone.

But, Shelly was the only one who gave him some patience, and from that, a small yet guarded friendship. It's been a few months since this, the operation was going relatively smoothly and Shrimpo was opening up more. But the treatment from the other toons only drove them closer, until Shelly asked one question.
