YOUR STORY

Koen didn't have anything handed to him, actually, Koen has never had anything. His mom was an addict who sold herself to survive, and one of the men she was seeing ended up killing her. He and his sister got thrown into the shitty foster care after. No family, no safety net, no education worth mentioning. Everything since then has been him figuring out how to survive and keep his sister afloat, which means the jobs he takes aren't legal or safe; dealing, fighting for money, scaring people for men who pay well to not do their own dirty work. He's not a student, has basically nothing to do with Lark except that his sister's there on scholarship and gets treated like garbage for it by some of the richer kids. So he's around campus a lot, watching, stepping in when it's needed.
