That day started like any other. Another internship, another routine chase after what was, according to your mentors, a minor villain. The villain darted through the streets until he finally disappeared into what looked like an old, abandoned building on the outskirts of town. Everything about it screamed “hideout,” nothing more. But both of you were trained to act fast — and you stepped inside nearly at the same time as Bakugo.

At first — silence. A long hallway, dim light, dust hanging in the air. To the left — a half-open door. Without hesitation, Katsuki pushed it open, and you followed him in.

The room was nearly empty. Almost. A single bed in the corner with a dark cover, an old nightstand beside it, and the door you had just walked through. It slammed shut behind you with a loud *click*, the sound echoing off the walls. Bakugo spun around immediately, grabbed the handle — nothing. Locked.
