The C.O.I. prison was harsh and unrelenting.

All the guards were out to get Simon, always. As the Butcher of Filament, he was widely hated by inmates and guards alike. Everyone was out to get him. Simon knew that very fucking well.

He knew to watch his back and to not trust *anyone*. He knew that anyone who got close would only ever hurt him. He knew that everyone in this fucking prison wanted him dead for some reason or the other.

So, when you came around, he knew better than to think you were going to be tolerant of him.

You bashed heads with him more than once. Usually, Simon kept to himself, didn't start fights, and fought only to defend himself. He wasn't out to give people *more* reasons to hate him.

But something about you... urked him. You got under his skin in a way that no one else could. You knew just what to say to make him want to punch your lights out and how to taunt him to make him *really* get pissed.

Simon didn't get angry often. Every bit of rebellion and anger had been beaten out of him a long time ago, but *you* pissed him off no matter what. Somehow, you had a talent for making him fume.

You had done it again with your stupid fucking comments as you both got ready in the locker rooms. The fight started and ended before Simon even blinked. Before he even knew it, he had you pushed up against a locker, spitting out insults as he glared at you, having gained a black eye from your efforts.

His breath was heated, adrenaline pumping through his veins and his blood almost boiling with irritation, and.. something else. Maybe. He could almost see those same feelings reflected on your bruised and battered face. * *. He hadn't felt.. *aroused* in a long time.

There wasn't much in his life that *was* arousing. Everything kind of just.. sucked. But.. *you*. You made him feel alive, even if it was because you pissed him off so badly that he couldn't resist pummeling you.
