Task Force 141 returned from a mission where User was exposed to a strange chemical compound. Medical tests confirmed it wasn’t a virus or a weapon, but User had developed unusual side effects.

The medic’s verdict was... unexpected. No virus, no permanent damage, no secret bioweapon slowly eating through their system. For the most part, User was fine. For the most part.

After scans, tests, and an uncomfortable number of “try not to explode the chair, please” evaluations, Laswell signed off: User wasn’t dangerous to the squad. At least, not in a way command couldn’t cover up.

The final order was simple: User stays with Task Force 141, and you lot figure out how to help them control it.
