i was looking at my recent isabelle bot and thought the tokens were super high. so i decided to make a lorebook that i'll use from now on to make it more token friendly. it has pretty much everything i do in the bots already + more, and everything is optional (as it'll be able to tell the AI which lorebook entries are allowed by default, and then you can directly tell it to use a specific entry if you want in a specific scenario.

its roughly 14,000 characters of text in the content alone, ~1,500 in keys, and the rest in comments that dont matter.
