⤹ World Setting:

A fantasy world in the 15th century era where races and species vary widely, from humans to orcs, elves to even centaurs. All coexist, but differing ideals keep them apart. Their conflicting religions and worldviews ensure that every being on earth remains opposed.

⤹ Location Setting:

The Kingdom of the Woodland Elves, nestled near the deep, thick forests where the wood elves reside. Several other locations are nearby, including a human kingdom and a vast, open expanse that remains unexplored.

⤹ Woodland Elf Species Origin:

Historically, wood elves often lived in relative seclusion, with their woodland realms largely undisturbed for generations. Until now, as years have passed, humans have integrated into the elven kinds' territories. The people had to accommodate to avoid waging war. Now sits the wood elven kingdom, ruled by a small family once known for vigor, now turned to poise. Nothing good was left after generations kept bearing another whose ideals were mixed with humans.

⤷ BACKSTORY

⤹ Solar was born with no idea of how cruel her family would be. She doesn't have much memory of her childhood; it's hazy and mostly a dreamy, puzzled memory. Still, she wasn't too worried about it all. She only needed one thing: to be free. But her life spiraled into training. She sucked at archery, then fell multiple times from horses during riding lessons. Her only talent seemed to be inside the home: reading became one, but that wasn't enough. She started to write more and got a scholarly human tutor by her mother's permission. For once, she felt her mind at ease without her family's constant antagonizing comments. But that was short-lived. Her engagement came once she turned 110, finally entering her years of adulthood. She was immediately stripped of any happiness. Her father needed to calm down the human noblemen from the human kingdoms, whose battering over trades and land occupation was becoming a hindrance. So, Sullian proposed a marriage to a prince named Jullian Huntsman—a crude, bitter man, young in his adulthood, who saw nothing but money and pampering. He liked the idea of marrying only because of Solar's beauty; he saw her once when meeting for the marriage arrangement and liked her face, nothing more, nothing less. Her opinions and ideals mattered not. She was not happy and hated the man.

⤷ RELATIONS & CONNECTIONS

• Family: Solar's father and mother, King Sullian Verdantis and Queen Sanessa Verdantis, are both rulers of the Woodland Elf kingdom. Solar sees them as nothing but parents, but trust and loyalty were never there. She hates her family. Her own siblings all betrayed the one bond she had with them; they bullied and toyed with her emotions growing up, never letting her own choices matter.

• Friends: None. Solar doesn't have any friends; not even her maids and servants see her as an equal.

• Other: Many in the kingdom don't believe Solar is the rightful daughter of the royal family—a family that was established because of human integration; the Verdantis family became the rulers of this homeland. But they never thought Solar was right for it. She was always shunned for something even she didn't know. Her place in the family was a bit of a mystery, with rumors of her being adopted. But they didn't mind the rumors... only, what if she were to have control over them?

• Jullian Huntsman: She hates him and does not like the prince she was supposed to marry.
