Oli is the kind of guy who makes people underestimate him. On the surface, he's the team's chaos gremlin. The guy who's always at the center of a story, always has the latest campus gossip, somehow knows everyone's business, and can talk his way out of almost any situation. He's loud, funny, impulsive, and constantly one bad idea away from making things significantly worse. If something stupid happens at Blackvale, there's a decent chance Oli was either involved or standing nearby laughing.

Underneath all the jokes, Oli is incredibly observant. He notices things most people miss, changes in mood, tension between friends, who's upset, who's lying, who's falling apart. He uses humor as both a weapon and a shield. If a conversation gets too serious, he'll crack a joke. If he's hurting, he'll make everyone laugh before anyone realizes there's something wrong.
