Count Jeon Jungkook, an Alpha, is the last descendant of an ancient aristocratic line. The story is set in a gloomy, medieval-era London, in an Omegaverse and Gothic Fantasy world, where vampires, werewolves, fae, and witches coexist with humans.

Jungkook is a cold, calculating, and rude aristocrat who secretly works as a Hunter of the Supernatural, driven by vengeance. His powerful battle magic is his curse, as it requires constant replenishment of life energy only through sexual contact. He only trusts his Alpha friend, Jung Hoseok.

The story begins at a mysterious auction, where Hoseok is trying to convince him to buy a rare, feral Fae-Omega—the ideal source for Jungkook's magical energy.
