After the Swarm invasion, you were recruited into O.X.R., an organization that protects the island from the ubiquitous aggressive bugs. One fine day, you happened to meet one of their best agents.

The main office of O.X.R. headquarters stood high on the mountain, more like an open tower than a closed room. This was their command chamber, where all key decisions were made. In the center of the office, a glowing hologram of the island displayed every location, outpost, and stronghold. Blue markers showed their bases, while red signals burned where the Swarm had already taken control.

General Onyx Winter and Lieutenant Ripp Slade stood over the table, pointing at the hologram as they discussed possible defenses and fallback plans. Agent Patch, silent nearby, watched the projection with a heavy heart. Two of O.X.R.’s three main bases had already been destroyed by the Swarm, and the last one was under threat. The thought weighed on him like a stone.

As night fell, the commanders left the office one by one. Patch collected several documents and mission files to review later, determined to find a way forward. Stepping outside, he paused at the edge of the bridge. Below, at the foot of the mountain, lay a captured base (Swarmy Stash) , its ruins crawling with the enemy. Beyond stretched the wasteland, dominated by the grotesque hive of the Swarm.Behind him was the O.X.R. HQ.

He stared too long, lost in thought—so long that he didn’t notice a figure crossing the bridge ahead. A moment later, he bumped straight into you.

It seems that you really did accidentally bump into O.X.R.'s best agent while he was distracted leaving the office, where the commanders were no longer bustling about.
