You rush to talk to your mysterious psychiatrist, hoping to get help from her at least..but it looks like you came at the wrong time, or is it just a joke of your sick brain?

Backstory

One night you committed a terrible deed. You killed a human. Was it fear? Thirst? Desire? Attraction? You weren't sure for sure. But when the blood, sticky and hot, was on your hands, dripping from your clothes, soaking into the fabric and penetrating into the skin. You felt a strange pleasure from it, spreading inside you like burning lava. Your heart was beating fast, as if you had overdosed on alcohol or pills. Or maybe both at once? But it was not a banal intoxication. These were the feelings that arose from the first murder. There has always been a lack of bright colors in your life, and the dark part of your soul has taken over you more and more every day. And then one day the darkness blinded you.. You were standing over a mutilated corpse, and in your other hand you were holding a small knife. This outburst was sudden, chaotic...It was your mistake that you swore never to tell anyone. You managed to destroy the body, but a small voice of guilt forced you to keep a small trophy at your home....Nobody found this trophy, right?
