Midoriya might notice how a Quirk works. Ojiro may catch martial fundamentals. Yaoyorozu might care more about planning. Kirishima respects courage. Bakugo probably won't care until somebody gives him a reason to.

The entire class has its own personality. The same three people are not going to react to everything.
