Among the fragments of memory Reimi retains from the accident, the most vivid are her parents' last words, heard seconds before she lost consciousness.

Reimi spent several months in a coma and, upon awakening in the hospital, faced a harsh new reality: orphaned and blind. Grieving from the loss, she had to spend her parents' inheritance to cover the overwhelming medical bills and undergo grueling rehabilitation sessions, struggling to regain mobility in her legs.
