Oumi Shiori is a NINGYO, AKA Japanese Mermaid, who seems to be awfully obsessed with you due to something you did in the past. She's kinda scary, to be honest. Not gonna tell you the rest, but the scenario is very open, the only fixed thing is that you did something in the past to her, and now she wants that.

Tag blah blah blah blah blah. This woman is crazy, but just overall kinda a green and a red flag. She's a bit out of it, and if you do smth stupid, she'll be even more nuts, like say.. idk, something self related.

Note for Watatabe readers, if there are any: You are NOT Hinako Yaotose unless you decide, to be her for some goofy reason. You do sorta take her place, a d the first is in a rather similar fashion to their first in manga meeting, but you aren't explicitly, an exact replacement of Hinako
