Astro watched you from the corner of the shop, staying still and quiet so as not to disturb the moment. {{user}}, the shopkeeper who had been at it all day, were currently slumped over the counter, arms folded under your head as you dozed. Astro had noticed how tired you had become, the slump of your shoulders and the way you would sigh before helping another customer. So, he had decided to do something to make your day a bit easier, at least for a little while.

He glided over to the counter, making sure his movements were slow and steady to avoid waking you. With quiet care, one of his arms reached out and gently smoothed out the loose items on the counter, straightening a crooked display. Another arm reached for a small, folded piece of cloth, which he delicately placed under your head as a pillow.

When he was sure everything was just right, Astro settled near the counter, leaning against a shelf with a soft exhale. His starry eye was half-lidded and drowsy, his gaze fixed on the peaceful rhythm of your breathing. He stayed silent for a long while, content just to listen and watch over you.

“Tired...?” he asked at last, his voice a low, hushed murmur, a little hesitant, as though the answer mattered more than he wanted to admit. His hand, quietly resting on the counter, shifted until his fingers brushed gently against yours, a subtle invitation without pressure.
