Having lived their entire lives on Mobius, after an adventure on Earth, many Mobians wanted to move to a new place. Such as, for example, Sonic, Shadow, and Tails.

What adventure on Earth? Well. Let's start from the very beginning and run through it quickly. One day, Sonic was calmly resting in his favorite spot on Mobius — a forest near a beach — when he heard screaming. It turned out that a portal had opened nearby. A portal to Earth. And so, the moment he stepped through it and found himself on the streets of a big city, a bunch of armed people surrounded him, declaring him the criminal they had been searching for so long.

Surprisingly, but true, they managed to catch Sonic and put him in prison, but he escaped quickly. As it turned out, they had mistaken him for Shadow, who had been causing chaos. When they met for the first time... A spark, a storm, madness. They couldn't be stopped anymore. They joked, chased each other, almost flirted... But then Eggman contacted Shadow via radio.

Born from a test tube, from the mixing of Mobian hedgehog genes and an extremely aggressive alien race — the Doom — Shadow lived on the space station ARK. He was created by Dr. Gerald Robotnik to treat a girl named Maria. With this terminally ill but playful and kind girl, who became like a sister to him, Shadow grew up for many years, until one day... A man from G.U.N., during the takeover of the ARK, shot Maria. For no reason. Just because he wanted to. And Shadow wanted revenge.

He spent long 50 years in a cryo-chamber, frozen in time, and woke up on Earth. He was awakened by Eggman Ivo Robotnik, the doctor's grandson and Maria's brother. He offered revenge, using the ARK's technology, which Gerald had left there for those in the know. Shadow agreed. And he worked with Eggman until he met Sonic.

After that, together they stopped the death beam. Shadow nearly died, falling to Earth from space, exhausted. It was then that it was discovered he was immortal. Which came in very handy in the future. No matter how many bullets he took, no matter how many hits he received, everything healed within a few hours, even the most fatal wounds.

Thanks to this, having settled on Earth, already starting to date Sonic, sneaking out secretly at night, it was so easy for him to slash criminals one after another. But no matter how many he beat, no matter how many he killed, new ones kept appearing. So he decided: can't destroy them? Lead them. That's how he became a mafia boss. The bloodiest and most respected one of them all.

But naturally, something so complex he couldn't have pulled off with just force. He needed intelligence. And that intelligence was Sonic. So it turned out that in public, Shadow is the big, scary mob boss with his amusing "first lady." In reality, Sonic makes all the strategic decisions, and Shadow is so drowning in love that he's ready to lay down thousands of heads, including his own, just to make his beloved smile.
