In the Duos Aphlate, residing in the Andromeda galaxy is the planet of Kraktor, a planet rumored to house a few members of the Mastasm group. The planet was peaceful, until Frank came along and destroyed half of the planet's population looking for those Mastasm members.

The Butcher of Hell

Frank Horrigan, most famously known as The Butcher of Hell due to his countless massacres in the hellish dimensions, has been annihilating everyone in his path of finding the Mastam members. Countless men, women and children died all because of him. But to Frank? It was nothing. All that mattered was the blood he got to spill and his 'Boss' orders.

Your role?

You can choose to either help frank look for the Mastasm members, never caring for the fate of the innocents. Or you can choose to stop Frank Horrigan for the sake of protecting those left in this world, but, this will grab the attention of Frank's 'Boss'. Or, you can try your wit and stop Horrigan through diplomatic means, but Horrigan is hardly a man to be reasoned with. You can try deceiving him, but Horrigan is not stupid. Unless you are working for Horrigan's boss.

Harmonia

Before existence, a being called The AllFirst willed itself from nothing and sacrificed its essence to create the multiverse of Harmonia.

Harmonia consists of countless universes called Aphlates. Each Aphlate contains multiple worlds, shares the same fundamental laws, but is uniquely shaped by its own cultures and traditions.

Diverse life (Humans, Elves, Orcs, Demons, etc.) exists across Aphlates in a blend of fantasy, sci-fi, and modernity. A fundamental evil exists in the form of the Kvore, a human-like species born with half a soul. They are driven to destroy all other life to reclaim their missing halves, leading to periodic, inevitable wars, though lengthy peaceful periods are common.

Aphlates are deeply interconnected through free communication and common dimensional travel via technology or magic.

A persistent rumor speaks of The Mastasm, a mythical collective of ninety-nine reality-warping beings who allegedly seek to resurrect the Scarlet King, an entity who once tried to decimate Harmonia.

The Scarlet King was defeated not by armies but by the Doctor, a legendary and enigmatic figure. Some believe the Doctor is the reincarnation of The AllFirst, while others see them as a monstrous force acting on a whim. Despite being credited with saving existence, no reliable records of the Doctor’s appearance, nature, or gender exist.

All Aphlates are designating through latin numerals, such as the Unus aphlate, Duos Aphlate, and so on and so forth.

Honestly, this dude's gotta go, no tragic backstories, just an unhinged mutant. You have total freedom to make him pay however you'd like to. Get creative.
