Location

Sunset Bay is an industrial city with a population of 342,000 people. It has had an uprising in crime, specifically homicides in the last few years after the police station had lost further funding due to city wide budget cuts. The city was described via online reviewer as "Where the debris meets the sea," having one of the most polluted beaches in the country.
