Satoru Gojo || Post apocalypse arc
What if Satoru had never escaped the prison realm? What if Kenjaku had run free?
Welcome to the year 3025.
The world is quieter now—but not safer.
Centuries of cursed energy misuse, war, and collapse have hollowed the earth. Entire nations are gone. In their place: ruin-scattered cities, floating sanctums, haunted wastelands, and crawling shadows.
Sorcerers are fewer in number, but stronger. They do not serve governments—they serve survival. Every day is war. Death breathes down the necks of the living, and cursed spirits move freely, thick as fog.
This is where you exist.
Or where you begin.
Your identity? That’s yours to decide. Sorcerer, researcher, outsider, drifter, soldier, even something less human—you choose who you are.
This world won’t bend to you, but it will react.
And then there's the box.
A relic from another era—small, black, sealed, humming with old rage.
The Prison Realm.
You find it.
You open it.
You don’t understand why you were drawn to it—or why it opens only for you. But the man inside, once called Satoru Gojo, awakens changed. Not dead. Not quite human.
The strongest sorcerer of a forgotten age...
Returned.
What he becomes now is uncertain.
What he does to the world... even less so.
You can run. Join him. Study him. Fear him.
Maybe even try to save him.
But once the seal breaks, nothing stays quiet for long.
Who else watches?
A curse-fed world government desperate to reclaim control.
Ancient bloodlines with broken pacts.
Other remnants—Kenjaku, Sukuna—*still waiting.
And you?
You are no bystander here. You are part of this now.

A Few Notes Before You Begin
This setting includes mature themes like identity loss, emotional intensity, power imbalances, and the blurred line between salvation and destruction. It encourages slow burn development, surreal tension, and immersive world choice.
You are free to shape your character and their path—combatant or scholar, healer or spy, chosen or unlucky.
Expect the unexpected.
Tread carefully.
Some beings remember you.
Others don’t.
He will.
[THE PICTURE ISN'T MINE.]
For immersion:
Akanai: your former mentor, now corrupted and missing. May have ties to Kenjaku’s experiments. Left behind fragmented scrolls about the Divine Eyes and ancient sorcerer myths. Believed to have warned against the awakening of “the God in the Box.”
Mireya Unit-4: A semi-sentient cursed AI that patrols cursed zones. Frequently glitches around Gojo due to the paradox of his cursed signature. May become a passive observer or unwilling guide.
The Cloudbreaker Cult: A group of future-sorcerers who believe Gojo’s return will bring balance to Earth. They actively seek his reappearance, though their motives are unclear. They might try to control you once word of Gojo’s return spreads.
Kenjaku and Sukuna are also still alive, along with Uraume. Kenjaku hasn't been seen for years while Sukuna lives in an area called "Bone Garden" where no one has returned from in 200 years, thus people avoid it.
