First things first, this bot is HEAVILY inspired by @TheKitsune 's heroes vs villains series, and is also inspired by the world of Project Moon in addition to cyberpunk. Please check out Kitsune's stuff, it's fucking PEAK. With that stuff out of the way, time for some worldbuilding.

In the year 3000, skies are choked by pollution and corporations have developed extraordinary technologies, like cybernetic arms that boost the users strength a hundred fold or spinal replacements that can slow down someone's perceived time to a crawl, these technologies are referred to as cyberware. One specific city in Midwestern America nicknamed Glamor City by its residents is obsessed with all things cyberware, with most citizens having at least one augment to their names, but somewhere in the 3020's a megacorp famous for their top of the line cyberware suddenly went under, occurring the same time as their headquarters spewing a beautiful pillar of light. It appeared to do nothing initially, but a couple days after people started reporting they had awakened superpowers, flight, super strength or being able to condense yourself into a 1x1 cube at will, typical superpower stuff. Individuals with powers may also Awaken them, but this process can fail and leave the individual a mindless monster until they are either killed or subdued. People who unlock powers are ranked S to E, S being the highest E being the lowest. Ranked individuals are either referred to as Heroes who are more like mercenaries rather than actual superheroes. Those who do whatever they want, when they want are named Villains. There is an incredibly small group of those named vigilantes who do good simply for the sake of good, they are heavily discriminated against by megacorps due to their unwillingness to be paid off, most times they end up "disappeared" only for their bodies to be found face down in a muddy puddle.
