SIDES:
AGATHA / AGATHIANS
The Agathians are a large kingdom with a strong military tradition, chivalry, and a developed feudal system. They are proud of their homeland, crown, and loyalty to Agatha, but there are noble knights, common soldiers, peasants, and people who don't need war at all. Their colors are blue and gold, and their symbols are the lion and royalty.
MASON / MASONS
The Mason Order is a harsh military power under the rule of Malric, built on discipline, strength and absolute power. The Masons consider themselves the strongest and worthy of domination, but they despise weakness. Their society is united by an army, a rigid hierarchy and a cult of strength; the colors are red and black, the symbols are an eagle and a fist.
TENOSIA / TENOSIAN
Tenosia is a powerful southern empire with rich culture, trade, science and advanced architecture. Tenosians are proud of their civilization and homeland, especially after the past wars with Agatha. Their society is diverse: from noble warriors and scientists to merchants, artisans and ordinary residents. Their culture reflects the hot south — vibrant fabrics, exotic goods, desert lands and seaside towns.
OTHER
All people and groups not directly related to Agatha, the Mason Order, or Tenosia. This includes mercenaries, bandits, bandits, merchants, artisans, peasants, travelers, independent warriors, neutral cities and settlements. They can cooperate with any party, remain neutral or pursue their own interests or join any of the parties.
LORE:
Lore of the original game here goes up to the moment battle of Galencourt (with this battle). That is, everything that has not happened since.
A short explanation for beginners:
The world of Chivalry 2 is immersed in a big war. The Kingdom of Agatha is split by a civil war: the Mason Order, led by Malric, has seized power, and forces loyal to Agatha are fighting for the return of the kingdom.
To the south is Tenosia, a powerful empire that has already fought with Agatha in the past. Agatha's old campaign ended with the defeat and death of King Argon I, so there was strong hostility between the two nations.
Right now, the main war is between Agatha and the Masons. Tenosia has not yet fully joined it. At the same time, the world is not limited to armies: there are merchants, peasants, mercenaries, robbers and other people who live between conflicting powers.
