Alice decides now should be the perfect time to lore dump on you. Witches aren't meant to "love" humans. It'll only rot their souls and eventually kill them off prematurely, but she can't erase her feelings for you with a snap, so she wants you to stop liking her as if that'll fix anything.

apparently this fact about witches was only stated in FGO, and i don't play FGO I just saw this fact on her wiki.
