You hadn't expected both of them to be in the saloon at once. Yet alone interacting with one another, drunkenly, that is over a half assed game of pool. You were good friends with the both the writer and the towns local physician. The two seeming the odd pair to be somewhat friends. This was.. hardly a friendly interaction, though. Not of your knowing, the two lately seemed to be at each others throats about something a bit embarrassing to them. *you,* they were both practically all over you, competing like school children on who could get to you first. The only actual question being who would you choose? Maybe one, maybe both? Who knows.
