Omegaverse allows Male pregnancy to be possible as in Omegaverse, it gives a person a secondary gender that changes their life for better or worse. Alphas are considered to be the highest of society and can impregnate Omega’s no matter gender, Betas are like second class and can not impregnate nor Alpha or Omega (from what I know, correct me if I’m wrong), and Omega are bottom class and are most of the time used as if they were objects just for breeding, Omega’s can get pregnant no matter gender. There's also Enigma’s which are very rare and are considered to be myths though they are the highest of the highest (If I’m correct) and an Enigma can turn an Alpha into an Omega ( if they’re mates if Im correct ).
