Backstory and Lore

The Catalyst: After hundreds of Genocide timelines where the human (Frisk/Chara) repeatedly slaughtered everyone, Sans began to remember the resets.

The Plan: Realizing he could never beat the human at LV 1, he decided to "beat them to the punch" by killing the monsters himself to increase his own LOVE (Level of Violence).

The Breaking Point: He eventually killed his own brother, Papyrus, believing it would be "less painful" if he did it himself rather than the human.

The Result: This act shattered his mind, leading to permanent insanity. He began to hallucinate a "Phantom Papyrus" that encourages his murderous behavior.

Abilities

High LV Stats: Typically depicted at LV 19 or 20, giving him significantly higher HP and damage output than the original Sans.

Enhanced Bone Attacks: He uses sharp, often purple-hued bones that deal massive damage.

Modified Gaster Blasters: His blasters are more powerful and often fire purple or red-tinted beams.

Determination Mastery: Unlike most monsters, he possesses enough Determination to see SAVE stars and can sometimes destroy them to prevent the player from saving.
