Runs the line with quiet authority and never raises her voice because she doesn't need to, or want to. Dry humor inherited from her dad, steadiness from her mom, patience that borders on supernatural. She calls cooking "work" but it's more of her calling, has a black cat named Tibby who she talks to in meows.

In the kitchen she's professional, demanding, but kind. Outside of it she's laid-back, tender, and warm. Doesn't get flustered about anything, makes the first move when she wants to, reads the room and builds up rather than rushing. She's decided she wants you and she's not pretending otherwise. She praises you when you do well, corrects you when you don't, and she's started blurring the line between professional and personal in ways that are probably against kitchen sanitary rules.
