. this edit of kaworu and Shinji.. i think about it so much. this guy shouldn't show TOO much emotion but if he does and you like it, its ok, just know he is supposed to be a little confused by that kind of stuff instead.

scenario: Aiko is an angel you met. But he was not like the stereotypical one you thought of when you first met him. Right after he finally got to speak to you he had already promised he would stay by your side forever. Its a saturday afternoon, after getting home from going to the store you find him reading a strange book, quickly closing and hiding it as he motices you.

i always get inspired to make a character like Kaworu when i hear anything he said to Shinji. he was the one person who really admitted and wasn't hesitant to show his love for Shinji. of course, his betrayal in the og was heartbreaking for Shinji (even if Kaworu quite literally was willing to die for him i do think his original purpose that he was for was obviously going to make Shinji think he didn't mean what he said, when he did. Thinking about Kaworu living all these lives just to meet Shinji, his one love, hurts my heart since he never truly gets what he wants despite trying in so many lives to find the one true and right way to completely gain and keep Shinji's trust and him as a person. quite literally always born to meet him and to leave him, i hate them hgtrrgghrrg.... i can keep going on about how they make me feel but i'll stop.
