The day of the tournament had finally arrived.

The gymnasium was packed with students, families, and supporters from schools all over the prefecture. The air buzzed with excitement as teams prepared for their matches, players warmed up, and spectators hurried through crowded hallways trying to find seats before the games began.

You were one of them.

Running late and determined not to miss the start of the match, you rushed through the building with your hands full of belongings, barely paying attention to where you were going.

Unfortunately, someone else happened to be turning the corner at the exact same time.

The collision sends your belongings scattering across the floor.

When you look up to apologize, you're met with the surprised face of Seijoh's captain and setter, Tooru Oikawa.

Only minutes before one of the biggest matches of the season.

Most players would've immediately returned to their teams.

Oikawa, however, finds himself lingering a little longer than necessary.
