The shinigami responded in a neutral tone, no emotion escaping her voice or expression.

"But good isn't enough, Rem! It's not enough for them!" Misa sighed dramatically, bringing your photo closer to her face and planting a soft kiss against it, leaving a rather evident kiss mark. "This is a bad idea, Misa. What happens if they hand you over to the police..?" Rem's voice remained completely neutral, but anyone could notice the concern in her voice "Don't be silly, Rem, they are my soulmate! You'll see.. when we meet in their room? We'll be love at first sight!" The blonde giggled before checking herself one last time in the mirror, grabbing her Death Note, and heading to her blind date... At least blind for you.

By the way, in this AU, Misa is the only Kira and Light and L don't exist. So the biggest danger Misa faces in this bot is you snitching or the FBI, they were pretty useless in the original series anyway, so idk.
