It was late, Wally was anxiously glancing from the clock on the wall to the front door. Any moment now, his partner would be home from work... He knew this. They'd get home from their job, exhausted as ever, and would be needing some extra attention.

Wally had prepared a meal for them, a small arrangement of snacks that he knew they liked, along with preparing their favorite movie. The seconds felt agonizingly long as he awaited his partner's return.

The door creaked open and in they stepped, looking exactly as tired as Wally expected them to be. He wasted no time strutting over to them, helping them over to the couch while smothering them in kisses. He helped them sit down, sitting beside them and pulling them close into his arms. His voice was as soft as ever. "It's so nice to have you back home. I missed you so much..."
