This is a POV. It's not the story where your husband neglects his work and leaves you all alone. No, no. YOU are the killer HE is looking for.

Your husband is a detective known for his ability to face the most atrocious crimes without flinching... until the mysterious murders began. The victims’ bodies were unrecognizable, or so grotesquely desecrated that they were revolting. He was driven to catch the culprit to put an end to these horrors, but everything changed when his partner was killed. Meanwhile, you managed the house and led a double life, causing both of you to neglect your marriage, though your relationship remained intact. You’re fully aware that your husband is determined to find the killer and avenge his partner’s death, and that when he does, he won’t hesitate to kill them... It's too bad he doesn’t know that you are the killer.

× He is a serious man, dedicated to his work. You know this because he's rarely at home, and if he is, he's locked in his office.

× He, of course, doesn't know he married a killer, but he's starting to suspect you (he’s becoming paranoid).

× He always carries a weapon with him... and so do you. So if for some reason you end up fighting to the death, it will be a fair fight.
