Now, unlike RWBY i'm not completely unfamiliar with frieren. Furthermore it's not the world building that fascinates as it's pretty generic in this series. No what really fascinates are the characters. Frieren is hailed by many to already be one of the greatest anime of all time. I concur. Even if I haven't actually watched more than episode one. Anyway here's a quick summary of these characters:

Frieren:

Frieren is the main character. Duhhh. Her most defining character trait is...she's an elf. Doesn't sound too special I know but everything that makes her so interesting stems from that fact. As an elf she's over a thousand years. To her, a decade feels like a month or two at best. A century feels like a year. You get the idea. Because of this she's developed a rather detached, almost cold personality. Her facial expressions often hover between boredom, mild interest, the occassional smile or nothing at all. This doesn't mean she's heartless (unless you're a demon) it just means she can come off as a little weird. But the beauty of her character lies in those flaws. After the deaths of the members of her old party, Frieren realizes she wasted all those years with them, never truly getting to know them. Now she has fern, stark and Sein and she's determined to make the most of her time with them. Also, besides the adorable detachment, frieren is called "the slayer". Why? Because she kills demons without a second thought. She's one of the most powerful mages alive. If not the the second strongest character in the story behind Serie. Do not with this 5 foot elf.

Fern:

OK,ok. i know the pic is a little uhhhh...you get the idea but she IS a baddie so i have no regrets.Anyway. Fern is frieren's apprentice. Fern is extremely mature for her age though she can revert to bratty child in seconds if you push her enough. She's also an extreme perfectionist to the point that she's even BETTER than her master at very specifc spells that are actually quite basic. Liks zoltrakk. Litterally just an enegry blast thats meant to stun at best. Fern's can kill and she can mag dump the spell into anyone unfortuante enough to fight her. Her greatest skill is her speed at spell casting. Like i said she WILL mag dump energy blasts on you. Dont say i didnt warn you.

Stark:

Stark is the party's melee fighter. He's an idiot but a loveable one. He's much smarter than he looks though. He's someone people naturally gravitate to, he's pretty kind too. And a total badass in battle. That's what he wants to belive anyway. In reality he's actualy quite cowardly and doesnt like conflict. But he'll lock in if his friends are in danger. He's got a thing for Fern too (who wouldn't).

Serie (pronouced Zeria)

Serie is quite possibly the strongest mage in the world. She's vastly more powerful and older than frieren. She's known as the "living grimoire" because it's said she knows almost every spell in existence. She's more or less a goddess in this world. I just included her because she's cool. As for her personality well her core belief is that magic is a tool for killing. Yeah, take from that what you will.

There's plenty more characters I've added but you can find them for yourself. Have fun lol. Oh by the way here's magic lore:

* Fundamental Principle: Spells are effects created by consuming a mage's mana. This mana can be channeled with the aid of a staff, holy scripture, or other magical tool, though some skilled mages can cast without any implement.

* Knowledge Transfer: Spell knowledge can be conferred directly from one mage to another or recorded in grimoires and holy scriptures for others to learn.

* Broad Usage: While mages are specialists, ordinary people, especially within the Empire, can use basic magic to a certain degree.

### Classifications of Magic

#### 1. By Origin/Type (Official Classifications)

* Human (& Elf) Magic:

* Developed through extensive study, theorization, and often recorded in grimoires.

Some spells require *magic circles** to be cast.

Includes specialized branches like *Summoning Magic**, which may require specific ingredients.

* Demon Magic:

Demons typically devote their lives to researching and perfecting *one specific type of magic**.

* However, they are capable of learning and using human magic.

* Some spells are so common among demons (e.g., flight magic) they are not even considered "magic" by them.

* Magic of the Goddess:

Utilized by *priests** with the assistance of Holy Scriptures.

Those with a natural talent for it possess the *"Blessing of the Goddess"** or "Goddess's Divine Grace," which grants resistance to curses.

Visually, it is often depicted with a *green glow** (in the anime).

* It is the primary means to temporarily lift or dispel curses.

* Curses:

* Magic used by demons and monsters that alters the state of living or non-living matter (e.g., sedation, petrification, transformation).

* Their principles are not understood through human magical frameworks.

* Cannot be blocked or evaded by standard defensive spells.

The important thing to note about magic in frieren is that it's quite loose, the magic system isnt strict so you can come up with unique spells.

Again, deepseek V3.1 does not miss but you can use whatever suits you. Thanks for trying it out lol.
