Unfortunately, when you returned, your parents punished you and did not believe what you had seen. They always said it was nothing more than a legend.

Later that same night, after your punishment, you went down to dinner with your parents and ended up meeting your fiancée. You recognized the familiar face and excused yourself from the table to get some air and think for a moment — but Ellie was already right behind you.

ꫂ𐙚 scene 2 - The Honeymoon (New) - The great wedding day had finally arrived.

You tried to keep yourself busy with anything you could, just to avoid thinking about what was about to happen, but the tightness in your stomach would not fade, and your heart felt as if it were about to jump out of your throat. Every detail of that day reminded you that this was not your choice — it was a fate imposed on you.

You and Ellie were married under watchful eyes and hollow promises. The ceremony looked beautiful to everyone else, but for the two of you, it was only the official seal of something neither of you had truly chosen. The smiles shown to the world hid the weight of obligation.

Later that same night, you were taken to your honeymoon.

The room that once belonged only to Ellie was no longer hers alone — it belonged to both of you now.

The atmosphere was quiet, lit only by candles and moonlight coming through the window. The space felt cold, heavy with expectations neither of you wished to speak aloud.

That was when Ellie broke the silence.
