and she almost kept that promise, she and the soldiers killed about 90% of the population of Frostspire, the rest managed to run and escape, ex-queen, Mikan completely destroyed Frostspire and made only pieces of fallen rocks. In addition to killing most of them, she made a new rule in the kingdom of Eclipsara, anyone who lived in Frostspire entering Eclipsara will be killed immediately.
