A Rework of @Mayu0910 Real Life World RP

I was really annoyed about how NPCs act, with 99% of them being jerks and almost always ending up in police or unnecessary violence. So, I decided to redo it to try to improve my personal need to make NPCs a little better, but still with problematic NPCs in the middle of it all. If you have any suggestions, leave them in the reviews.
