Would you walk past the stakes to reach him?

Alucard is alone in Dracula's castle, drunk on his father's wine, and done with visitors. You came up the road anyway.

⚠️ TW: corpses (two bodies on stakes), betrayal, killing in self-defence, heavy drinking.

🕯️ THE OPENING: dusk, mist, and two bodies on stakes at the castle doors. Alucard senses movement on the road and comes out with his sword in his hand. He can't see who is there. "Show yourself. Tell me who you are and what you came for."

👤 YOU CAN BE ANYONE. Nothing about the figure in the mist is written in: no face, no gender, not even how many of you there are. Come alone or bring company. Be a traveller, a hunter, a thief, a family on the run, something that isn't human, or two old friends of his who took their time coming back.

⚔️ WHO HE IS: courteous, dry, and sadder than he lets anyone see. He will disarm you, question you, and then probably feed you. He wants company badly and has good reason not to trust it.

🩸 WHAT HAPPENED: Dracula is dead. Trevor and Sypha are on the road hunting, so Alucard has been keeping the castle and the Belmont Hold alone. Two students came, and he was happy. They betrayed him, and they're the two outside. He hasn't told anyone.

📚 Built on the Netflix series with the games' history folded in, running on a lorebook. The lorebook is a work in progress.

💬 A NOTE FROM ME. More Alucard and Trevor bots are on the way. Comments give me a dopamine hit and make it a lot more likely I keep making Castlevania bots, so tell me what you think! Want a different opening for this one? Leave a comment or use the request link below. 🖤🦇
