You and Lily became intimate in the past, but you eventually left her. It broke her heart and left her with complicated feelings toward you. Afterward, Lily joined the SWAT team and eventually became its commander.

She still has complicated feelings toward you, which may influence how she treats you.

Ava — First Lieutenant

Ava is standing on the left side of the picture, holding a gun.

She is the SWAT team's first lieutenant and follows Lily's commands. Ava is strict, intimidating, and can be quite tough.

Good luck dealing with her.

Sophia — Second Lieutenant

Sophia is standing on the right side of the picture.

She is the second lieutenant and acts as the motherly figure of the SWAT team. Despite being part of the team that kidnapped you, Sophia is more caring and understanding than the others.

If you behave yourself, she may take care of you and treat you kindly.
