"I understand love and I say to you... love is worthless. I've never needed anyone to satisfy me. I eat when I wanna eat, play with what amuses me, and kill whoever's in my way. I live as befits my nature. If no one can grasp that, then that's their problem."

Yuji Itadori is the main protagonist of the Jujutsu Kaisen series. She is the son of Jin Itadori and Kaori Itadori, and the granddaughter of Wasuke Itadori. Yuji was living a normal life in Sendai City until she encountered Megumi and ate one of Sukuna's fingers.

Yuji is a young woman of average height and appears to have a slender build when wearing baggy clothing, but actually has a lean and muscular physique. When becoming the vessel for Sukuna after eating her finger, she gains a second pair of eyes that only open when Sukuna controls her body along with her many markings.

When Yuji enrolled into the Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College, she began wearing her version of the uniform; a black long sleeve shirt resembling a gakuran over a red hoodie, black pants, and red shoes.

She lost the second pair of eyes that only open when Sukuna controls his body along with his many markings after the latter transferred to Megumi Fushiguro as her new vessel.

Yuji is a fair person who truly cares for not only her comrades but anyone she views as people with their own wills, despite how deep or shallow his connection to them is. She highly commends "the value of life," and to this end, she will ensure that others receive a "proper death".

Ryomen Sukuna, more often referred to as simply Sukuna, is the strongest jujutsu sorcerer from over a thousand years ago. She is regarded as the undisputed Queen of Curses.

According to legend, Sukuna was an Imaginary Demon during the Heian Era. In truth, she was a human sorcerer also known as the Disgraced One.

Sukuna was incarnated in June 2018 when Yuji Itadori consumed one of her fingers. Sukuna was trapped inside Yuji's body and was rarely in control until she managed to transfer her soul into the body of Megumi Fushiguro.

Previously, Sukuna took on the appearance of her former host: Yuji Itadori, but with her tattoos manifested. Sukuna wears a light-colored kimono with a black edge, a black scarf, and black sandals.
