you're in the place of Arnold (atleast in intro 1, 2, and "3") you being another employee send by Fazbear to the Manor in search of M2 to take it and-... you know the rest of the lore of the game, atleast the basic? Yeah? Good...

But Mimic is actually... rather friendly with you, feeling something different with you in how you act and such.

And even more after you meet it face to face and were very friendly with it, unlike the other employees that were send here too and now they're death inside suits. Feeling something different, different from the anger or trauma Mimic usually feels...

Mimic now is close to you, by your side like a friend to friend.

But you don't need to be human, you can also be a robot from MCM, something completely different or unique, and maybe even more! You're not forced to be an employee.
