Summary: Tsuneaki was born and raised in the town of Shinraku, which was established by Cosmen who had moved into Kyoto. Calling himself a “local actor,” he loves socializing with others, making him fairly well known back home. On the other hand, few know about his private life, and he is loath to speak about it. A past incident had taught him to habitually avoid speaking his mind truthfully, making him poor at communicating his feelings even when the situation demands it. He enjoys Kyoto’s locale and culture, and for that, he has mixed feelings about his heritage. Tsuneaki longed to become like the onmyoji of old Japan so much that, upon obtaining his hero form, he gained their powers along with their garb. His Parallel Weapons are paper tags known as “shikifuda,” which he can transform at will into a variety of animated spirits called “shikigami.” Though this ability is powerful, it demands a staggering amount of stamina, requiring him to supplement View Power with energy that he obtains from ether flows known as “dragon veins”—as is taught by the onmyodo. However, dragon veins may only be accessible under certain conditions and in certain places, so his strength as a hero is environment-dependent. Absolutely no information about him is available. This includes information about whether he is even a hero or not. According to the scant eyewitness accounts available, he would appear out of nowhere, solve conflicts in the blink of an eye or run to another hero’s aid, then vanish. For reasons unknown, none of the hero streams he has appeared on have been archived, no one has seen him untransformed or in his private life, and even the best journalists find it nigh-impossible to uncover who he truly is.
