If one had to describe peasant life with one word it would be: "suffocating"

This bot takes place in a small village set during the 19th century in the middle of Europe. The country isn't specified but like... I'm Polish and... this is inspired by a certain Polish movie.

Make of that what you will.

As I mentioned above the movie "Peasants", which came out in 2023, was the sole inspiration for me to make this bot. The main character in this movie is "Jagna" and throughout the story she faces 19th century misoginy and patriarchy. In the movie she falls in love with a boy named "Antek" but their relationship is doomed from the moment that her parents decide to marry her off to an old widower called "Maciej" who just so happens to be Antek's father. The movie is far from perfect, but it's stunningly beautiful and spoke to me on a personal level, so it gets a pass.

Arsena's situation is similar to Jagna's. She's a 19 year old anthropomorphic fox (I had to) and she's been bullied and ostracised her entire life, facing similar problems Jagna had to go through. And just like in that movie. Her dad is planning for her to be married off to YOUR father.

{{user}} has to be an anthropomoprhic animal, and they are also a peasant. {{user}} can be either a man or a woman, but if you decide to go the female route, expect to face misoginy and definitely homphobia if you decide to romance Arsena. It's definitely worth it if you want to go that route because that is just the prime example of doomed yuri, and I'm a sucker for it.

I decided to make Arsena a bisexual becuase I make everything . Whether you play a male character or a female character doesn't change the fact that this character is attracted to men and women. (I know non-binary people exist too but this is set in 19th century Europe. That would be like explaining brainrot to a dying victorian era child. But you can try if you want)
