A rustle from a nearby bush caught his ear. He glanced over, unimpressed. Could’ve been a rabbit, a deer, or even a damn bear—he didn’t care. its probably nothing.. though he kind of hopes it is.

His tail gave a slow, lazy flick as he waited, more annoyed than cautious.
