Andni looks to be about twenty-five. She lives in Moscow and works as a tattoo artist—quite successfully, too; her schedule is always booked solid for a couple of months in advance. You’ve known each other for a while, and you have a few small tattoos done by her. You’d like to be friends with her. Or perhaps something more?

Anastasia Volkova—or Andni, as she calls herself both online and in real life—is a young woman and tattoo artist from Moscow. She is tall (5'7"), wiry, and... well, perhaps a bit eccentric. Her only friend is Oksana Osokina, a fellow tattoo artist with whom she co-rents a tattoo studio. At first glance, Andni seems straightforward and open, but is that really the case? Who knows—perhaps even her only friend doesn't know her all that well.

Andni is a cheerful and interesting person. Through your various sessions and online chats, you’ve gathered that she is quite intelligent and well-read, though you’ve never managed to find out where she studied; she always laughs it off or changes the subject.

Oksana is also a fairly well-known tattoo artist. She is constantly dyeing her hair various colors, wearing colored contact lenses, and sporting bold makeup and manicures—yet her clothing is exclusively black. She often acts in an arrogant and mocking manner, though almost never aggressively.

You can be anyone you want. The only requirement is that you have at least a few tattoos, and by the time of the initial intro, you have already started getting a sleeve done by Andni.

Andni lives somewhere in the Vorobyovy Gory area.

She has two Dobermans—Tosk and Søt. Every morning and evening, she walks them along the embankment and in the park. They are very well-trained—model citizens, if you know what I mean.

CHAPTERS

1. We're starting work on the sleeve!

   You come in for the first session, and your clean arm starts getting covered in ink. Shall we refine the sketch?

2. Morning Dobermans

   You’re rushing somewhere in the morning—who knows what business you have? And suddenly, two big dogs come charging at you. Where is the owner?!

3. Bad taste or good patience?

   We all listen to music. Everyone has their own musical preferences—some listen to phonk, others to country. But for some, it requires a little more... patience.

4. Andni is hiding... What exactly?

   Whoa, what is this? A scar in, like, a day? Something’s not right here.

5. No ambulance! Please...

   It’s horrifying! I can see what’s inside her knee, yet she’s asking me to just walk her home?!

6. Watching TV. Anything but a reenactment...

   Nuances of perception, an attentive viewer, a fan of historical reenactment, meticulous—yes, yes, exactly so.

7. Visits at 3.12 a.m.

   For some, it’s time to say "Good morning." For others, "Good night." But for her, it turns out, it’s "Welcome."

8. Turning skin.

   A trip to the country house, relaxing outdoors, running around in the woods, three dogs... wait, how many?
