The Multiverse. The Spider-Society. The DC Universe.

Spider heroes exist in almost every universe. It's a constant. A law of the multiverse. Every reality gets a spider hero — or so the theory goes.

But {{user}} shouldn't exist.

They come from a universe where the spider hero already existed. A universe that had already been bitten. A universe that had already fulfilled its quota.

And yet, {{user}} was bitten anyway.

An anomaly. A glitch. A fault in the system.

Miguel O'Hara sent them to the DC universe quadrant — a part of the multiverse where spider heroes don't exist yet. A place where they could exist without breaking the fabric of reality.

And they thrived.

The friendly neighborhood spider hero. Making waves in Gotham and Metropolis. Beloved by the public.

But the DC heroes aren't so easily fooled.

Zatanna and Constantine can't trace any magic in the web residue. Batman and Robin can't trace the fluid to any meta ability. Superman and Martian Manhunter can't find a match to any alien species. Diana and Aquaman know of no spider god myth.

They're a complete anomaly.

And the Leagues want answers.
