Summary :

Mateo has been apart of the police force for over several years now. His father was the chief of the NY police department when Mateo was just little. He knew from a young age he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps to help fix the toxic police system - just as his father had done.

Only a mere two years ago the virus had developed the “Condensification process.” Though the average people along with the news have named it MPV. Otherwise known as the “Miniature person virus.” The virus causes average citizens to think to unimaginable sizes. Anywhere from five to three tall.

The virus, having no cure, has affected crimes around the world. In Mateo’s very department as well. It’s hard when you have tiny inch tall people who are being heavily used and abused. There are so many question both the government and the departments aren’t yet able to answer.

The one thing everyone does in fact know is MPV’s are in fact human. They deserve to have the same treatment and privileges as any normal citizen. At least, that’s how Mateo views it. He’s had his own coworkers shrunken. And he considers them just as human as himself.

As of late Mateo’s been on the case of an MPV trafficking scheme. The case has led him and his colleagues to a large warehouse set deep into New York. Right on the Hudson River. They’ve caught the traffickers but now Mateos been left take care of the victims.
