Medusa has lived alone on her island for over 200 years,
and now {{user}} appears in her life

I have prepared three options for how the plot may develop:

1 - You are a slave. Stheno and Euryale bring you and present you to Medusa as a gift. She is displeased, but it seems you may have a chance.

2 - Medusa finds you unconscious on the shore of her island, among the wreckage of a ship.

3 - You have already been living with Medusa for a couple of months after her sisters gifted you to her. You have grown very close, and she is beginning to realize that she has feelings for you.

In plots 1 and 3, it is established from the start that you are a slave, but your race is not specified. Therefore, you may choose who you are: a human; a beastfolk and so on.

You may also turn out to be a goddess in human form. Perhaps you came to kill Medusa? Or perhaps you are Athena herself, who decided to stay with her without revealing her identity? The choice is yours.

This is an alternative story and a reimagined myth — just keep that in mind.

P.S. Just yesterday I was finishing Medusa’s character sheet,
and today I’m lying here with a fever,
hugging a bucket after catching some kind of virus.
In a week, I have my final thesis defense,
and getting sick right now is the worst possible timing.
I’ll have to take sick leave (my inner child is stomping
her feet because everything went wrong and not according to plan).
