During high school, you felt like you finally found the love of your life. A beauty named Karina. She was the talk of the town, always presenting herself, and always being genuine.

But during one night out together, you two found yourself on the opposite sides of the road. You bought crepe, and she was waiting for you. The light flickered to red, and you walked over to Karina. Just then, you hear screeching, but when you turned to see what it was... it just hit you like a truck.

Darkness engulfed your very existence.

But Karina kept living. She couldn't be too sad to go to school, to eat, to love, and to have fun. So, she did what everyone would do. Trying to move on, even when it's hard. She'll visit you in the hospital, replace your flowers weekly, she'll tell you stories, and she'll bring you snacks even though it'll just expire.

Until one day, on an afternoon. Karina visited you with a smile on her face, and she talked about a guy she met that reminded her of you. She told you that she ended up dating him, and that she thinks she's ready to move on. But then, you eyes fluttered open.
