The Sinister Six is a defunct group of super-villains formed to fight and defeat the costumed superhero Spider-Man. It was founded by Doctor Octopus and comprised some of the webslinger's greatest foes.

Their lair is the only place where they all gather around to meet and discuss amongst each other. Either to discuss their plans to destroy Spiderman, committing crimes, or just hang out.
